Gaming Authorization & Social Sweepstakes Compliance Model

1. Company Identification

OnPoint Administration, LLC (“OnPoint,” “Company,” “We,” “Us”) operates a promotional social gaming platform at onpointcasino.com and opcasino.com. The Platform complies with applicable U.S. federal and state laws governing sweepstakes promotions. This document explains how the social sweepstakes model is structured and which controls OnPoint actually uses. It is written for players, payment partners, and other stakeholders.

OnPoint does not offer real-money gambling. Sweeps Coins are never sold. No purchase is necessary to participate in a sweepstakes or win a prize, and a purchase does not increase any participant's chances of winning. Sweepstakes are void where prohibited by law.

2. Platform Classification

OnPoint Casino operates as a social sweepstakes gaming platform, not as a gambling or real-money wagering service.

Key characteristics:

• No real-money gambling
• No wagering of cash for cash prizes
• No consideration required to enter
• Promotional sweepstakes model only
• Prizes awarded through chance-based sweepstakes mechanics

OnPoint does not hold a state gaming license. Participants never pay to enter a sweepstakes. That is the basis on which OnPoint operates without a gaming license in permitted jurisdictions.

3. Sweepstakes Legal Framework

OnPoint Casino's promotions are structured to comply with the three required elements of lawful sweepstakes under U.S. law:

3.1 Prize

Participants may receive promotional prizes, including digital credits, virtual currency, promotional rewards, and redeemable prize equivalents where permitted.

3.2 Chance

Winners are determined by chance through randomized, disclosed methods. Game outcomes use random number generation.

3.3 No Consideration

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. A free alternative method of entry (AMOE) is always available and clearly disclosed. Sweeps Coins are never sold. Gold Coins are sold as an entertainment product with no redemption value, and any Sweeps Coins provided with a Gold Coin package are a free promotional bonus.

Because consideration is removed, the platform is not structured as gambling. State laws are not uniform. Where a state prohibits this model, requires a license OnPoint does not hold, or presents enforcement risk OnPoint will not accept, that state is a Restricted Jurisdiction under Section 7.

This document is a summary of OnPoint's compliance model. It is not a gaming license, a legal opinion, or a guarantee about the status of sweepstakes in any jurisdiction. The Terms and Conditions, Sweepstakes Rules, and other published policies govern the relationship with users.

4. Virtual Currency Structure

OnPoint Casino uses a dual-currency model.

4.1 Gold Coins (GC)

• Used solely for entertainment
• Have no cash value
• Cannot be redeemed for prizes
• May be purchased, or obtained free

4.2 Sweeps Coins (SC)

• Always free. Never sold
• Obtained through free methods of entry, promotions, or as a free bonus with a Gold Coin package
• Used to enter sweepstakes games
• May be redeemed for prizes subject to the Sweepstakes Rules and, at redemption, identity verification

Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins are separate balances. At purchase, the customer is told they are buying Gold Coins, that Gold Coins cannot be redeemed, and that no purchase is necessary to participate.

5. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

Free entry is part of the model. Eligible visitors may obtain Sweeps Coins for free through methods described in the Alternative Method of Entry Policy, including postal mail-in requests and other free promotions OnPoint offers from time to time.

• Sweeps Coins obtained for free have the same prize eligibility as other Sweeps Coins
• A postal mail-in method remains available for as long as the sweepstakes promotion is offered
• Purchasing Gold Coins never improves a participant's odds of winning a prize
• “No Purchase Necessary” and “Void Where Prohibited” appear in the Terms, Sweepstakes Rules, and AMOE Policy

An online request form does not grant Sweeps Coins.

6. Age Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years old (or higher where required by state law)
• Employees, officers, and affiliates of OnPoint Administration, LLC may be excluded where required

Where participation is allowed is Section 7. It is an IP geolocation rule, not a residency rule.

7. Geographic & Jurisdictional Compliance

As of October 23, 2026, the Platform is unavailable in these 21 states:

The Platform is also unavailable outside the United States. A visitor whose IP address cannot be placed in a U.S. state is refused.

Eligibility is the visitor's IP geolocation: the place they are accessing the Platform from, not their home state. The check runs at registration, sign-in, game launch, purchase, redemption, contests, and free Sweeps Coins claims.

The Platform does not check device location. Identity verification does not check residency, and it is not how a state is blocked.

At redemption, we also check whether the connection comes from a VPN, proxy, Tor, or hosting network. Redemptions made through one are refused. A connection using iCloud Private Relay is allowed, including when that relay is also on a hosting network, unless it is also a VPN, proxy, or Tor exit. If the check cannot be completed, the redemption is held for staff review. The check runs only when a redemption is requested. It does not run at sign-up, sign-in, play, or purchase, and it does not suspend the account.

OnPoint tracks legislative and enforcement developments with counsel. If the business decides a further state is unavailable, that state is added here and to the jurisdiction record. When a state is newly restricted, affected users are notified and handled under the Terms and applicable law.

8. Identity Verification

Identity verification (KYC) is completed through Breeze, our payout provider, on Breeze's hosted pages. It is required at redemption or withdrawal only.

KYC confirms identity for the payout. It does not decide whether the visitor is in a permitted state, and it is not required to register, sign in, launch a game, purchase Gold Coins, enter a contest, or claim free Sweeps Coins. Those actions are subject to the IP geolocation check in Section 7.

A visitor must be at least 18. Registration records the date of birth the visitor provides and does not open an account when that date is under 18.

9. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Fraud Prevention

OnPoint maintains internal controls aimed at fraud, multiple-account abuse, bonus exploitation, and identity misuse. The AML program is described in the Anti-Money Laundering Policy and is designed with reference to the Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC rules, and FinCEN guidance.

Those controls include customer screening against sanctions lists, transaction monitoring, record retention, and staff review. They do not include a device-location check or a residency determination inside KYC. The redemption network check in Section 7 is separate from those controls.

10. Payment and Redemption

• Gold Coin purchases are processed by third-party payment processors. OnPoint does not store full card numbers
• Prize redemption is paid only after Breeze identity verification, to a payout method in the account holder's name
• Virtual coins cannot be transferred between accounts
• Purchase and redemption limits follow the published rules and responsible-gaming settings

Location at purchase is the IP geolocation check in Section 7. At redemption, that IP geolocation check still applies, and so does the redemption network check in Section 7.

11. Responsible Play & User Protection

OnPoint Casino promotes responsible social gaming by offering account limits, self-exclusion tools, and clear disclosures that the platform is for entertainment. Support resources include the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER. The Responsible Gaming Policy describes the tools.

12. Marketing Standards

• Marketing must not target minors or self-excluded individuals, and it must not be aimed at the Restricted Jurisdictions in Section 7
• Marketing that references Sweeps Coins or prizes must include “No Purchase Necessary” and “Void Where Prohibited”
• Marketing must not describe the Platform as real-money gambling or present prize redemption as a source of income
• Affiliates must follow OnPoint's marketing guidelines

Preferred terms: “purchase Gold Coins” rather than “deposit”; “play” rather than “bet” or “wager”; “redeem Sweeps Coins for prizes” rather than “cash out.”

13. Published Policies

The current policy suite is published on the website, including the Terms and Conditions, Sweepstakes Rules, Alternative Method of Entry Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, Anti-Money Laundering Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy. Complaints are handled under the Customer Complaint Policy.

14. Modifications & Updates

OnPoint Casino may update this compliance model to reflect regulatory changes, platform changes, or partner requirements. The current version is this page.
